HAMMANS is an expansive private property located in northern New York. Located on circa 140 acres of prime New York lands, HAMMANS is a unique and quintessential escape for those who enjoy to be one with nature, expansive land to walk and explore, various hills and great fishing and canoeing if you happen to bring your own equipment.
A 2 sleeping area cabin, with one main bedroom and a sleeping area in the main living area.
In walking distance are many treks and trails. Maps will be provided on arrival.
Many great sights and attractions are available within 10km. We will provide further details on arrival.

When you book through BoxBode we hold your funds until the day after you have checked into your stay. This ensures that any monies past are under the control of a 3rd party, essentially acting as a form of escrow (safety / security) for you.

When you book you are required to pay the full rate, and then on successful check in you notify us that all is well, and we send the held monies onto the property owner (less any fees we are eligible to hold). The full rate as requested by the vendor is passed onto them, for your peace of mind. This enhances consumer safety and protection from scams and misuse of the platform.

Wind power is one of our current sustainable solutions to generate power. We currently account for 20% of power through our wind generators. All of our cabins are naturally insulated. LNG is used as a source of fuel on the property as well, which is considered cleaner than many other substitues.
